- Pico de gallo (chopped tomato, jalapeño, and onion)
- Hot sauce
- Bake your corn tortillas at 400F for 10 minutes and flipped them halfway.
- Prepare your scrambled eggs.
- Heat your beans.
- Top corn tortillas with beans, scrambled eggs, pico de gallo, and avocado, and drizzle with your favorite hot sauce.
