- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon sweetener of choice
- Sugar-free chocolate chips
- Blend all ingredients except the chocolate chips.
- Lightly grease a coffee mug with coconut oil.
- Pour the mixture into the cup and add your chocolate chips
- Heat on the microwave for 2 minutes.
