Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener of choice
  • Sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except the chocolate chips.
  2. Lightly grease a coffee mug with coconut oil.
  3. Pour the mixture into the cup and add your chocolate chips
  4. Heat on the microwave for 2 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
