- 1 Cup Oat Flour
- 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
- 2 Whole Eggs
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- Peanut Butter
- Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
- Blend all the ingredients.
- Heat a pan and grease it with coconut oil.
- Pour a scoop of batter until bubbles form and flip until both sides are cooked. Repeat the process until you finish the whole batter.
- Top with chopped berries, peanut butter, and maple syrup.
