Did you know?… Donuts don’t always have holes.
- 1 whole egg
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- Dark chocolate chips
- You can dip your donuts into more chocolate or make icing out of greek yogurt and strawberry pure!
- In a large bowl whisk the egg, vanilla, coconut sugar, and almond milk.
- Once everything is combined add the almond flour and baking powder.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- In a donut silicone mold divide the batter into each donut hole.
- Microwave for 2 minutes.
