3-Minute Donuts

Did you know?… Donuts don’t always have holes.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp almond milk
  • Dark chocolate chips

Optional

  • You can dip your donuts into more chocolate or make icing out of greek yogurt and strawberry pure!

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl whisk the egg, vanilla, coconut sugar, and almond milk.
  2. Once everything is combined add the almond flour and baking powder.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. In a donut silicone mold divide the batter into each donut hole.
  5. Microwave for 2 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
