Start the morning with 20g of protein

A breakfast high in protein slows the release of a hormone called Ghrelin which is the one in charge of triggering hunger. When you consume protein you release a satiety hormone which helps you feel full for longer.

Choose your meals

If you want to eat a cheeseburger with fries for lunch IT’S OKAY, just make a lighter healthy Breakfast and Dinner.
