Healthy Pancakes

Did you know?… The first pancakes were called Alita Dolcia (“another sweet” in Latin) and were made by Romans in the 1st Century AD.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Oat Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Toppings

  • Berries
  • Peanut Butter
  • Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients.
  2. Heat a pan and grease it with coconut oil.
  3. Pour a scoop of batter until bubbles form and flip until both sides are cooked. Repeat the process until you finish the whole batter.
  4. Top with chopped berries, peanut butter, and maple syrup.
  5. Enjoy!
