- 6 cooked corn cobs
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Lime Juice
- Salt and pepper
- Chili Powder
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Cut in half the cooked corn cobs with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Airfry at 400F for 6 minutes.
- In a small bowl mix all the ingredients of the dressing
- Drizzle the cobs with dressing, chili powder and grated parmesan cheese.
