Scramble Egg Avo Toast

Ingredients

  • 3-4 sourdough slice bread
  • 1/2 juice of a lime or lemon Pinch of sea salt
  • Chili Flakes
  • Pesto
  • Cherry Tomato
  • Feta Cheese
  • 3 scrambled or hard-boiled eggs

Instructions

  1. Toast your bread until golden in color.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado, and add the lime juice and sea salt.
  3. Spread the pesto and avocado onto your bread, and add some chili flakes.
  4. In a hot pan, heat oil of choice (I like using olive oil), and cook the cherry tomatoes until the desire color.
  5. Top the cooked cherry tomatoes onto your bread and add your eggs and feta cheese.
  6. Enjoy!
