Ingredients
- 3-4 sourdough slice bread
- 1/2 juice of a lime or lemon Pinch of sea salt
- Chili Flakes
- Pesto
- Cherry Tomato
- Feta Cheese
- 3 scrambled or hard-boiled eggs
Instructions
- Toast your bread until golden in color.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado, and add the lime juice and sea salt.
- Spread the pesto and avocado onto your bread, and add some chili flakes.
- In a hot pan, heat oil of choice (I like using olive oil), and cook the cherry tomatoes until the desire color.
- Top the cooked cherry tomatoes onto your bread and add your eggs and feta cheese.
- Enjoy!
